These terms apply to SizeBack (sizeback.com, the web app and the @sizeback_bot Telegram bot), provided by the operator of SizeBack. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions:support@sizeback.com.
1. What SizeBack does
SizeBack checks public product pages of online shops you choose and alerts you when the size you picked is in stock or the price changes. We do not sell products and do not buy anything for you. SizeBack is independent and not affiliated with Zara, Inditex or any other shop.
2. No guarantee of stock or timing
We check on a schedule, so an item can come back and sell out again between two checks. Shops can change their pages or block automated checks. We do our best to deliver alerts quickly and correctly, but we cannot guarantee that every restock or price change is caught, or that an item is still available when you open the link.
3. Your account
- You need an email address or Google account to use the web app. Keep access to it secure.
- One free plan per person. Do not create several accounts to get around plan limits.
- Do not misuse the service: no attempts to overload it, scrape it, resell alerts or break the law with it. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Plans and payment
- The Free plan is free. Plus and Pro are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include VAT.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- The early-bird discount gives 50% off the first year of a yearly plan; later years are charged at the normal yearly price.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days. If it still fails, your account moves to the Free plan.
- We may change prices for future periods. We will email you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
5. Cancellation, refunds and your right of withdrawal
- Cancel at any time under “Manage billing” in the app. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: within 30 days of a payment, email us and we refund that payment in full. The plan then ends.
- If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a paid subscription. Because the service starts right away at your request, you agree when you subscribe that it begins immediately. Our 30-day guarantee covers and extends the 14-day period: ask us within 30 days and you get the full payment back.
6. When a plan ends
When a paid plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your most recently added watch stays on with Free limits; other watches are paused, not deleted, and resume when you upgrade again.
7. Liability
We are not liable for missed purchases, price differences or indirect losses caused by delayed or missing alerts. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@sizeback.com. We may stop offering SizeBack with 30 days’ notice by email; you then get a pro-rata refund for any prepaid period.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will email you about important changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws ofLithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you can use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
