How often do you check?
Every 30 minutes on Free, every 5 minutes on Plus and every minute on Pro.
How do I get the alerts?
By email, and on Telegram if you connect it. You choose where alerts go in the app.
Why didn’t I get an alert?
Most often the size came back and sold out again between two checks. Faster checks on Plus or Pro catch shorter restocks. Also check your spam folder, or connect Telegram.
How does the free plan work?
You can watch one product. The watch runs for 7 days or until your size comes back once, and you can restart it once. No card is needed.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in the app under Manage billing. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Within 30 days of paying, ask us for a full refund.
Do you buy the product for me?
No. We send the alert with a direct link; you buy on the shop’s website as usual.
Is SizeBack affiliated with Zara?
No. SizeBack is independent and not connected to Zara or Inditex.
What data do you keep?
Your email, the products and sizes you watch, and your Telegram ID if you connect Telegram. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card. See the privacy policy.
